How can I send my flowers/bouquet to you?

Blooms in Time is based out of Southern NJ and accepts local drop-offs/pickups options for those in the area. For local pickups/ drop-offs, email us at info.bloomsintime@gmail.com to make arrangements.

All other flowers should be shipped through either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. More shipping info below!

When should I ship my flowers to you?

AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! We recommend shipping them within 3 days, this way we can ensure that they are workable.

What is the return time?

At Blooms in Time, we understand the anticipation of seeing your cherished flowers transformed into timeless resin pieces. Depending on the time of year, once we receive your flowers, you can expect to receive your custom products back within 3-6 months. We want to be transparent about our process—it's a meticulous journey that ensures the creation of high-quality resin pieces.

Is shipping included when I send my custom flowers to Blooms in Time?

In terms of shipping, you are responsible for the shipping costs of sending your flowers or bouquet to Blooms in Time for a custom order. Once we've crafted your pieces, Blooms in Time takes care of all additional shipping expenses!

Will my resin piece change over time?

Blooms in Time utilizes a premium and robust resin, enabling the preservation of flowers in their three-dimensional state. Over time, the resin may acquire a subtle golden hue. To minimize this tinting effect, it is essential to avoid exposing your resin products to direct sunlight.

What is your return/refund policy?

By booking with Blooms in Time, you are consenting to grant us complete creative freedom in crafting your personalized products.

Due to the unique and customized nature of each art piece we produce, we do not accept returns or issue refunds

What if my bouquet/flowers are unworkable?

If your bouquet does not arrive to us in a workable condition, we will notify you by email. You will then be given a few options, one of which being cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.

Can my wedding invitations/personal items be preserved in my piece?

ABSOLUTELY! We love to include personal items in your piece, but may be limited by the size of the items. Feel free to reach out to us to find out if your items would be a good fit!
